Enrolment Change in Elective Courses

To initiate the process of changing enrollment in an elective course, you must submit a requisition for the change. This will reopen the enrollment process, allowing you to proceed with the modification.

Click on “Requisitions”, located in “Services” under the “myFenix” tab.

On the Requisitions screen, click “Create”..

On the Create Requisition screen, select the option “Change of Enrollment in Elective Course”.

Complete the remaining mandatory fields and click “Create”.

Note: After creating the requisition, you must complete your enrollment immediately. Otherwise, the enrollment process will be blocked within 3 days, and you will need to submit a new requisition.

To proceed with the enrollment, click “Enrolment Processes” in the Student menu.

Next, click “Start Enrolment Process”.

Review the various stages of the process and click “Next Step”.

Click the “Recycle” icon next to the elective course you wish to change to start the replacement process.

The system will display a “Enrollment Swap” window, which must remain open until the elective course has been changed. Then, click “Enrol Free Optional” or “Enrol Optional”.

Select the period (if available) and click “Enrol”.

In the window that opens, select the class, taking into account any schedule conflicts, and click “Save”.

Confirm the enrolled ECTS and click “Next Step”.

Review the information and click “Next Step”.

Finally, click “Confirm” and then “Finish”.
