Softphones Configuration
Access Credentials
Access credentials are individual and can be found on Fénix. To do so, follow these steps:
- Access Fénix at https://fenix.iscte-iul.pt/
- Go to the “Personal” tab and click on “Personal information“.
- Go to “Contacts” and click on “View VOIP information” on the line corresponding to your extension.
Call Fowarding
- To enable call forwarding, click Reenc and enter the number.
- To cancel call forwarding, click s/Enc.
