Its integration with multiple Microsoft applications (OneDrive, SharePoint, Planner, Outlook, among others) makes it an essential tool for students, teachers, researchers, administrative teams, and multidisciplinary projects at Iscte.

2. OneDrive
OneDrive is the cloud storage service integrated into Windows 10 and Microsoft 365, available to all Iscte users. It allows you to securely store, organize, synchronize, and share files, ensuring continuous and up-to-date access across all devices.
Each user has personal space for hosting and backing up documents, with full control over who can view, edit, or collaborate on the content.

3. SharePoint
Microsoft SharePoint is Microsoft 365’s collaborative platform for document management, portals/intranets, team sites, and process automation, designed for teams and organizational units to work in a structured, secure, and integrated manner with the rest of the Microsoft ecosystem.
Unlike OneDrive (personal space), SharePoint is team-oriented: shared libraries, group permissions, communication pages, lists, flows, and native integration with Teams for channel files.

4. Educast
Educast is a service provided by FCCN (Fundação para a Computação Científica Nacional) and integrated into Iscte’s ecosystem of services, designed for recording, editing, managing, and publishing educational videos.
It functions as an academic repository and multimedia production platform, ensuring automatic post-processing and distribution in formats suitable for the web, desktop, and mobile devices.

5. Videocast
Videocast is a service provided as part of Iscte’s Collaboration and Knowledge solutions that allows live video, audio, and slides to be streamed via a simple web page.
Unlike Educast—which focuses on recording and post-production—Videocast is geared toward live broadcasts, including events, conferences, public sessions, or institutional presentations.

6. Filesender
Filesender is an institutional service that allows you to send and temporarily store large files, far exceeding the usual limits of email or other platforms.
It is especially useful for teachers, researchers, staff, and students who need to share large files simply and securely.
- Maximum number of email recipients: 100 (email addresses should be separated by point and comma).
- Time available to download the file: maximum 30 days (after this date the files are deleted and no security copy is made).
- Number of files to send: 1 (you can compress multiple files into a single type 7zip, zip, rar, and others).
- Maximum file upload size: 100 GB.

7. Colibri/Zoom
Colibri is a videoconferencing service provided by FCCN to all institutions connected to the RCTS network, including Iscte.
Colibri uses the Zoom platform, offering high-quality videoconferencing with capacity for large groups and fully accessible via the web or app on various devices.

NAU – Sempre a Aprender (Always Learning) is the national platform for massive open online courses (MOOCs) in Portuguese, created under the auspices of FCT/FCCN to promote lifelong learning, digital literacy, and universal access to certified training.

9. Scientific and Academic Databases
The Scientific and Academic Databases provided by Iscte constitute a set of essential resources to support research, teaching, scientific production, and the exploration of specialized literature.
These resources include indexing platforms, reference aggregators, statistical databases, and discovery tools, allowing access to articles, books, reports, working papers, standards, and scientific indicators.
