I get the error ‘Connection failed’ when trying to connect to the VPN

Description: The connection fails with a generic error message.

Probable Cause:

  • Incorrect credentials
  • Temporary account lock

Response/Solution:

• • Test login at https://login.iscte-iul.pt
  • Confirm if the password is correct
  • Wait a few minutes and try again
  • Contact Support if the error persists
