Colibri (Zoom)
Colibri/Zoom is the videoconferencing service provided by FCCN/FCT to the Portuguese academic community, enabling secure and stable online meetings.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
- The Zoom Pro (Webconference) license for the Colibri service was discontinued on July 28, 2025.
- The service is now limited to sessions with a maximum duration of 40 minutes for the entire RCTS (faculty, students, researchers, and staff).
- The webinar component of the service will continue to operate without restrictions and without time limits.

1. How to Access Colibri/Zoom?
- Access the Colibri platform in https://videoconf-colibri.zoom.us/ or through the Zoom client installed on your computer.
- Perform federated authentication (SSO) using iscte account credentials (e.g., xxnes@iscte-iul.pt and password).
- Select “Sign In“.
- Select “Sign In with SSO“.
- Define “Domain”: videoconf-colibri.
- Select the “Iscte“.
- Memorize the institution (Iscte).
- Use Iscte credentials.
- Open URL:Zoom Launcher.
- Select “Sign In“.
2. Key Features
- Exchange of messages between participants by instant messaging (chat);
- Screen sharing, documents, and multimedia applications;
- Recording of local sessions or in the cloud, with possibility of download;
- Federated authentication;
- Multidevice (computers, tablets, smartphones);
- Multilingual (Portuguese English).
