    • Teams – Central communication and collaboration platform within Microsoft 365.
    • OneDrive – Cloud storage service integrated into Windows 10 and Microsoft 365.
    • SharePoint – Team-oriented collaborative platform within Microsoft 365
    • Educast – Service designed for recording, editing, managing, and publishing educational videos.
    • Videocast – Service that allows live streaming of video, audio, and slides through a simple web page.
    • Filesender – Service that enables sending and temporarily storing large files.
    • Colibri/Zoom – Videoconferencing service that uses the Zoom platform.
    • NAU – Sempre a Aprender – National Portuguese‑language MOOC platform offering massive open online courses.
    • Scientific and Academic Databases – A set of essential resources supporting research, teaching, scientific output, and access to specialized literature.

5. User Account

The User Account is personal and non-transferable, and allows access to institutional systems and services. For example, user Xisto Ximenes has the credentials below

    • Username: xxnes@iscte-iul.pt
    • Email address: Xisto_Ximenes@iscte-iul.pt (Student) or Xisto.Ximenes@iscte-iul.pt (Employee)
    • Password: Password.2020

The Email service is supported by the Office 365 platform, ensuring integration with other tools such as Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

7. Printing and Scanning

The Printing and Scanning service is exclusively for Iscte employees (teachers, researchers, and technical staff).

It operates in follow-me printing mode through the Iscte institutional printer at printers.iul.intra.

The Networks and Connectivity service ensures that all Iscte users have secure, fast, and reliable access to campus network services.

    • Microsoft Copilot – AI tool that supports content creation, editing, analysis, and task automation in Microsoft 365 applications.
    • Qualtrics – Platform for creating surveys, collecting data, academic studies, and institutional analysis.
    • IBM SkillsBuild – Free educational program focused on technological and professional skills valued in the market.
