What do request statuses mean?

Issue: My request shows a status that I do not recognize.

Answer/Solution:

The statuses displayed in IAjuda indicate the current state of a request.
The most common statuses include:

• • New – The request has been submitted and is awaiting review
  • In Progress – The request has been assigned to the responsible team
  • Awaiting User Information – An action or response is required from the requester
  • Resolved – A solution has been provided
  • Completed – The request has been closed
