I’m connected to eduroam but I don’t have Internet access. What should I do?

Answer/Solution:

If your device shows that it is connected to eduroam but you do not have Internet access, check the following:

    • Whether your device has obtained a valid IP address
      The absence of an IP address may indicate an authentication or configuration issue.
    • Whether a VPN is active
      Some VPNs may interfere with access to the eduroam network, preventing you from connecting to the Internet.

If the Problem Persists:

If you are unable to fix the problem, please contact IT Support and provide the following information:

    • Description of the problem (e.g., forgotten password, locked account, error message)
    • Device(s) and operating system(s) used (optional, but helpful)
