PT

Target Audience: Iscte Community

Answer/Solution:

Quick option (recommended)

  1. Right-click the Wi-Fi icon on the taskbar.
  2. Select Network & Internet settings.
  3. Go to Wi-FiManage known networks.
  4. Select eduroam.
  5. Click Forget.

Alternative option (via settings)

  1. Open the Start menu and select Settings.
  2. Go to Network & InternetWi-Fi.
  3. Select Manage known networks.
  4. Select eduroam and click Forget.

⚠️ After removing the network, it is recommended that you reconfigure eduroam using eduroam CAT. Forgetting the eduroam network is especially recommended when:

    • The Iscte institutional password has been changed;
    • The operating system has been updated;
    • There are repeated authentication requests or connection failures.
