How do I forget or remove the eduroam network on Android?

Answer/Solution:

Quick option (recommended)

1. Press and hold the Wi-Fi icon in the notification bar.
2. Tap eduroam.
3. Select Forget or Remove.

Alternative option (via settings)

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Network & Internet → Wi-Fi.
3. Tap eduroam.
4. Select Forget.

⚠️ Next, we recommend reconfiguring eduroam via the geteduroam app or eduroam CAT, using your Iscte credentials. Forgetting the eduroam network is especially recommended when:

• • The Iscte institutional password has been changed;
  • The operating system has been updated;
  • There are repeated authentication requests or connection failures.
