How to do it in Outlook?

1. Delete obsolete emails
   • • Select email → Delete.
2. Enable AutoArchive
   • • File → Options → Advanced → AutoArchive Settings.
     • Choose frequency and destination.
3. Empty Deleted Items
   • • Right-click Deleted Items → Empty Folder.
