The Mid – Semester Assessment process is an evaluation carried out between the 5th and 6th weeks of classes in each semester.
Its main goal is to gather feedback from students of each programme and academic year regarding the curricular units (CUs) and the teaching staff.
The process begins with joint discussions among students in each class, coordinated by the Class Representative, who collects opinions, comments, and suggestions from their classmates. These contributions are then summarised and submitted through the I-MERITUS system, becoming available for analysis during the Year Council meetings, which include both class representatives and teaching staff.
To support this process, you may consult the user guides with detailed instructions on how to carry out the procedures in the I-MERITUS system, both for teaching staff and class representatives.
