How to invite people to a meeting in Teams?

Answer/Solution:

    • New calendar
      1. Select Calendar in Teams.
      2. Schedule an event or select an existing one and select Edit.
      3. In the Invite attendees field, enter who you want to add.
      4. Select + Optional to add optional attendees.
      5. Select Save.
    • Classic calendar
      1. Select Calendar in Teams.
      2. Schedule an event or double-click an existing one.
      3. In the Invite attendees field, enter who you want to add.
      4. Select + Optional to add optional attendees.
      5. Select Save.
