Do I have to swipe my card in the RFID student attendance reader in class?

    • Yes, so that your class attendance can be counted.
    • For class attendance to be counted correctly, the card must be swiped at the reader within the following period: 10 minutes before the start of the lesson until 10 minutes before the end of the lesson.

In other words:

      • In a class from 8:00 to 9:30, the card must be swiped at the reader from 7:50 to 9:19;
      • In a class from 9:30 to 11:00, the card must be swiped at the reader from 9:20 to 10:49.
      • If the RFID reader’s LED turns green or yellow, the presence has been correctly recorded.
      • If the LED turns red, the presence has not been correctly recorded.

Additional information: the RFID reader is located inside the classroom.
