This Fénix+ feature allows you to set your preferred physical offices, internal phone extensions, and post boxes from among those assigned to you. By doing so, your selected preferences will be kept up to date across all applications that source data from Fénix+. Only the preferred information will be imported into other ISCTE systems.
To consult or update this information, follow these steps: Go to the menu ISCTE.solutions → Personal Area → ISCTE Contacts → View Contacts, where you can view your assigned physical office(s), internal phone extension(s), and post box(s). If the information you wish to make available to other ISCTE applications is not currently set as preferred, click “Make Default” next to the relevant item.
Confirm your choice by clicking “Yes”.
Note: It may take up to 48 hours for this change to be reflected across all ISCTE applications.
