Microsoft Copilot
Microsoft Copilot for Education is an AI assistant built into Microsoft 365 Education, offering support for teachers and students across apps like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and OneNote. It includes education‑specific tools such as Teach, which generates complete lesson plans, and Study and Learn, which provides personalized learning assistance.
How to Access Microsoft Copilot?
Microsoft Copilot can be accessed from the following address: https://copilot.cloud.microsoft
- Open a browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, Opera…).
- Go to https://copilot.cloud.microsoft
- Click on Sign In.
- Log in with your Iscte account credentials (e.g., xxnes@iscte-iul.pt and password).
- After authentication, you will be redirected to the Microsoft Copilot home page.
How to Start a Conversation?
To start a new conversation:
- Use the text box at the bottom, with the text “Message Copilot…”.
- Write the message and send it by clicking on the arrow on the right (see image below) or press Enter.
To view previous conversations:

- Click on the button on the right marked in the image below.
- This button shows/hides a sidebar with the conversation history.
