Updating and Authorizing Profile Photo

In the “Personal Data” section of the “MyFenix → Personal Info” menu, you can view your personal information and update your profile picture for Fénix+ and other Iscte applications.

To upload a new photo:

  1. Select the “Photo” tab.
  2. Click “Upload Photograph” to upload your desired image.
  3. If you want your photo to appear on the institution’s public websites, check the option “Photograph available on the institution’s public websites.”

To ensure your photo is accessible in other Iscte applications, go to “Consents” and confirm that it is approved for public display.

Once updated, your photo will be subject to approval before it becomes available.

Note: To display your photo across Iscte applications, both authorization options must be enabled
